Rich LaPerch – CEO

Rich LaPerch is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Aegis Mobile. Rich is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, performance and new business development, and was the chief architect behind many of the tools and methodologies used by the company and commercially today. Rich has broad experience working with some of the key technologies in the wireless and software markets including: fixed mobile convergence solutions, VoIP, network design and deployment, Bluetooth, wireless content and delivery systems and messaging. Rich has consulted for senior executives at the major wireless carriers in his areas of expertise. Over the last 15 years, he was the CEO/President of Intersect Software, Vibrant Solutions and Call Technologies and has executed five acquisitions along with a successful exit. He was recently awarded a patent for a Bluetooth that improves usability and reception of the mobile phone in the home. Rich is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Koren Stucki – Vice President and Managing Director of Consulting Services

Koren leads Aegis Mobile’s consulting practice and is consulting on several strategic initiatives focused on customer experience. Koren’s expertise is in driving large, cross functional initiatives related to product launches, marketing programs, self-service applications and billing and payment platforms with an emphasis on improving the end-to-end customer experience. An industry pioneer in customer experience, Koren spent the majority of her career in leadership roles within marketing, product management and customer management teams at Sprint Nextel. Her most recent role as Director of Customer Experience for Sprint Nextel focused on the design of a simplified and open, internet-centric experience for the launch of XOHM, providing WiMax 4G service. Previously, Koren was a telecom consultant and managed multi-million dollar proposals for architecture and engineering companies. Koren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.

Suzanne Shaw – Vice President of Marketing

Suzanne is responsible for overall marketing and account management for Aegis Mobile. In this role, she oversees the management of all new products from concept through launch and is responsible for internal strategy development, market research and promotional activities. Suzanne works closely with clients, and prospective clients, to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions. She played a key role in the company’s international expansion. Formerly with Verizon, Suzanne’s career highlights include leading 18 customer service centers in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region, providing training and business support services to employees worldwide and leading numerous research and product development efforts for her business unit. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University and received a Master of Science in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University.

Gregory Van Allen – Vice President Operations

Greg is responsible for the day to day operations and SLA achievement for the Compliance organization. He provides leadership to the operations team by coaching and developing employees, providing cross-training opportunities and ensuring staff productivity and quality control. His role also includes identifying and implementing process and system improvements and project managing new customer implementations. Additionally, an integral part of Greg’s role is identifying new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers and creating operational efficiencies and quality improvements. Greg comes to Aegis after being a strategic communications consultant and was previously Executive Vice President and General Manager for CloseCall America, a full service telecommunications provider. Greg earned a B.S. in Information Systems Management from University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Ying Jin – Director of Software Engineering

Ying is responsible for leading our team of Software Engineers to define, develop, and deploy client-server applications and web-based software for various products, including our industry leading mobile compliance platform, mobile Content Management System (CMS) platform and all internal and client portals. He comes to Aegis Mobile with an extensive background in software product development and data management. Ying has brought to market several high-profile software packages, including the 2nd most widely used Correspondence Management System for the United States Senate and House of Representatives, a hospital revenue cycle management system for the nation’s safety net hospitals, and a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for the biotech industry. He earned a Master of Science in Atmospheric Sciences from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
