Federal Sales Representative
Responsibilities
• Develop and accomplish a region led generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets
• Participate fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes
• Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
• Cooperate with Accounts Manager and Sales Supervisor to determine essential strategic approaches for sales
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects of the organization
• Outbound and inbound account management
• Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation
• Create and deliver qualified chances to Accounts Managers

Product Manager
Position Reporting To: VP Marketing and Product Management

Job Description
This position is responsible for managing products through the complete lifecycle, from concept through launch and post-launch. Key responsibilities include: defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements, managing the design and development process and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute it and ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities
• Define the product and develop the requirement documents
• Define the product strategy and be the expert on the competition and industry trends
• Evaluate emerging technologies and work with external third parties to assess partnership opportunities
• Establish the product roadmap across multiple product releases
• Develop product management documentation, including: product concept proposals, business cases, marketing requirements document, detailed product requirements document, go-to-market plans, sales and customer training material and product marketing collateral (getting started guides, online help content, product brochures, technical fact sheets, demonstrations, website content, technical presentations, etc.)
• This position will interface directly with all departments including IT/Engineering on the requirements, design, development and implementation
• Build and maintain prioritized feature lists from requests from partners, customers, internal findings, existing product analysis and industry trends
• Deliver prioritized features with corresponding justification and manage the product releases, balancing new product enhancements with maintenance updates
• Manage development of prototypes and run beta and pilot programs
• Oversee product pricing, budgets and forecasting
• Optimize marketing of products through all marketing channels
• Provide support to Sales to position and sell products successfully
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Experience
• Minimum of 3-5+ years experience as a Product Manager in Wireless Industry or managing software development in a related industry
• Experience managing product through entire lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch
• Experience delivering customer-facing products/applications vs. back-office systems
• Proven planning, prioritization and implementation skills
• Technical background, with experience in product and software development lifecycles and release management
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills

Education

Project Manager
Aegis Mobile is a provider of wireless certification services for wireless carriers, content and application providers and aggregators. As a result of the rapid growth in the mobile content market, Aegis Mobile is experiencing steady growth. We are currently seeking individuals that can serve as Project Managers. This is a hands on position that requires the individual to be involved with the actual work and completion of tasks if needed.

Responsibilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables from start to finish establishing detailed project plans
• Ability to understand technology and be the “translator” between the client and the internal team
• Work with customer directly to define requirements and negotiate deliverables
• Manage multiple projects and handle tight deadlines
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings with customers and internal project team on regular basis. Issue agendas and publish meeting minutes.
• Must be able to work directly with other project team members to assist with analytical or tactical tasks as required to make the project a success
• Need to be able to provide executive level reporting and work independently

Requirements
• 2-5 years project management
• Superior organizational skills
• Prior customer service or client services experience
• Mobile content experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A “can do and will do” attitude
• PC proficient with particular emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite specifically: Project, Outlook, Word, Excel
• Provide Executive Level PowerPoint presentations with minimal intervention

Experience
• Minimum five years in information technology or telecom field
• PMI certification desired
• Experience in the wireless market with wireless content experience a plus
• Understanding of mobile technology, architecture and call flow processes; preferably with experience in mobile data services

Education
• BA/BS degree and/or relevant equivalent experience

 

 

Compliance Analyst/Tester
Responsibilities
• Review program briefs and perform appropriate tests, documenting results as required
• Perform internet searches for relevant information
• Translate training documentation and other material as required
• Prepare summary reports of test results
• Participate in client calls to review trends, test results, disputes, etc. as needed
• Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications
• Bilingual in English and Brazilian Portuguese (required)
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Database Administration
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the mobile industry highly preferred
• 1-2 years experience in QA testing or related role desired

**One full-time position is located in Brazil. One part-time position is located in Columbia, MD.


 
Internet Searcher
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of the internet
• Familiarity with Streaming video, torrents and social media sites
• Ability to seek out false advertising (i.e. If you believe that a “Single Mom in *your city* lost 100 pounds on Acai Berry supplements” this is not the opportunity for you. If you knew exactly what we just referred to, and rolled your eyes, send us your resume.)
• Problem solving skills
• Enjoy puzzles (Crosswords, Sudoku, Words with Friends)
• Ability to learn new information and tasks quickly, and work with minimal supervision
• Intermediate Excel skills required

**We currently have several Searcher positions open:
• Part-time Overnight Searcher – Candidate needs to be located on the East Coast and will work remotely, 10 hours a week, between the hours of 10 pm and 4 am
• 2 Part-time Searchers – Candidates needs to be located in Brazil and will work approximately 20 hours per week.
• Part-time Searcher – Candidate needs to be located in Canada and will work remotely, 20 hours a week.

 
Graphic Designer
Primary Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design for all marketing and sales collateral, white papers, proposals, presentations, trade show materials and other external pieces.
• Graphic Design for internal pieces including certificates of appreciation, posters, invitation to company events, announcements, etc.
• Stewardship of the brand identity and management of outsourced vendors for production work (i.e. tradeshow booth graphics / banners, business cards, etc.) including gathering quotes, press checks, providing design / print specs, etc.
• Implementation of design projects from concept through execution for all customer-facing websites and applications, both for PC and mobile
• Development of the site maps, input into the user experience, information architecture and content layout, design of user interfaces with wireframes and creation of visual comps for all customer-facing applications, both for PC and mobile
• Periodic interaction with customers to review draft deliverables including the site map, user interface with wireframes, visual comps and other relevant materials.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations and the Development Team on client deliverables and take a lead role on all creative elements of the project from initial visualization to implementation of the end solution.

Skills:
• Preferably holds a degree from a recognized design school
• Over 6 years of graphic design experience across a variety of mediums with an emphasis on digital
• Over 4 years of user interface design experience for web applications and portals
• Preferably over 2 years of experience in graphic and UI design on mobile platforms
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Ability to present to and communicate with clients
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Interest in contributing to social media articles, white papers, and other Aegis sponsored resources

Technical Skills:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Flash)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• HTML, CSS a plus
 
Senior Marketing Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
Product Marketing
• Serve as subject matter expert on all Aegis products
• Create product-specific materials (presentations, case studies, website content, collateral, etc.) for all products
• Initiate and execute a messaging strategy for individual products
• Conduct market analysis for current and new product offerings
• Perform / maintain competitive analysis to include detailed comparison of our products to competitors
• Define target markets for product offerings
• Develop go to market plans for all products
• Assist with development and management of a Customer Advisory Board to receive input from customers

Lead Gen / Proposal Management
• Provide copy and create boilerplate proposal template
• Assist with development of customer-specific proposals
• Establish and execute on-going lead generation activities (ex. Webinars, Events, Direct Marketing, etc.)
• Manage the creation and distribution of resources for lead generation (ex. White papers, Newsletters, Case studies, etc.)
• Create, implement and measure email marketing campaigns to promote events, news, products
• Maintain Mailing List and update/ manage *Opt-Outs* or Unsubscribes
• Stay up to date on all CAN-SPAM laws
• Develop process to track, analyze and report results of all lead generation campaigns

Market Research
• Identify needs/solutions for primary/secondary market research
• Recommend and develop research strategy on a project basis, including the use of surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.
• Maintain library of secondary industry research and reports
• Serve as subject matter expert for the markets in which Aegis operates

Trade Show Management
• Research and recommend which industry trade shows to participate in
• Oversee registration, logistics, travel; Develop strategy for each show
• Develop messaging; determine collateral, signage, etc.
• Manage inventory, shipment, and storage of booth and materials

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
• Other sales/marketing duties as assigned

Required Skills and Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the requisite years of experience in marketing. He/she must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential duties listed above and possess the knowledge, skill, and ability as indicated.

Education and Experience:
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related field required.
• 8+ years experience in all aspects of Marketing strategies and practices outlined above.
• Keen understanding of best practices in marketing
• High level of competency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, organization, implementation, conflict resolution and achievement of deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Self motivated, self activated with a team player attitude.
